辦理外商投資企業中國代表處所需要提供的資料(Documents required):
1、 外國公司全套合法開業文件（在當地公證處公證后，遞交中國駐該國領事館進行認證）；
Provided the a full range copy of foreign company’s opening documents, after the local notarized, supply all the documents to Chinese Embassy getting the certification.
2、資信證明（由外方所開賬戶銀行出具）在中國駐該國領事館認證;
Provided the Bank’s credit which need to be certified in local Chinese Embassy.
3、首席代表和常駐代表委派函在中國駐守該國領事館認證（委派函由我司擬訂）；
The Chief representative and General representative’s appointment letter which need to be certified in local Chinese Embassy.（provided by us）
4、 首席代表和常駐代表的身份證明復印件及大一寸彩照6張。
ID (passport)’s copy and 6×1″color photos of Chief representative and General representative.
5、 場地證明：租賃合同（原件）、產權證明復印件。
Certificate of business place: original lease contract and copy of property certificate .
6、授權委托書在中國駐該國領事館認證（由我司擬訂）。
Letter of Authorization which need to be certified in local Chinese Embassy. （provided by us）
外國人如何辦理居留證件：
按照中國的法律規定，凡持Ｄ、Ｚ、Ｘ、Ｊ-1字簽證的外國人以及根據中國政府同外國政府簽定的協議而免辦簽證入境，需在中國停留30日以上的外國人，必須自入境之日起30日內到居住地市、縣公安局辦理外國人居留證件。
外國人居留證件分為外國人居留證和外國人臨時居留證。在中國居留１年以上的人員，發給外國人居留證。在中國居留不滿１年的人員，發給外國人臨時居留證。上述居留證件的有效期即為準許持證人在中國居留的期限。持標有Ｆ、Ｌ、Ｇ、Ｃ字簽證的外國人，可以在簽證注明的期限內在中國停留，不需辦理居留證件。
